If you need to return non-personalized merchandise for any reason, we will take it back up to 30 days after the date that we delivered it to you.
Merchandise must be in original condition and packaging, so that we can re-sell it. Un-printed and Pre-printed Ribbon must be unused, uncut and untouched – in the original unopened plastic sleeve. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns for items that have been discontinued. We also cannot accept returns of Personalized items – including Personalized Ribbon, Buttons, Tags, Labels, Gift Wrap, Invitations / Cards or any other item that has been customized according to your approved specifications. Where applicable, We will credit you for the value of the merchandise less a 15% restocking fee – shipping charges to and from you are not refundable. Free Shipping orders are assessed $15 against refunds to cover shipping and handling fees.
