OUR PLEDGE: Since 2003, Quality Delivered On-Time!
That’s our simple pledge when it comes to delivery, and it’s been the same since 2003. You will see it included in the signature of all of our correspondence – and we really mean it. Obviously, there are practical limits to our ability to deliver on-time. For instance, we do not drive the delivery trucks, nor can we control weather; however we always do our best to advise you of special conditions and will do everything possible to get your order to you by your promised delivery date. You must also do your part by (in the case of Shopping Cart orders) selecting the correct ship-method to meet your delivery date. We reserve the right to cancel your order, if we cannot meet your delivery date with the ship-method selected.
HOW WE SHIP
We ship all orders by FedEx.
- We do not ship outside of the United States.
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
- Samples are usually sent via regular US Postal Service.
INSURANCE & SIGNATURE REQUIRED
We know that receiving your order is important, so we ship all orders insured with signature required upon delivery. You may contact FedEx directly at 1-800-GOFEDEX to arrange for a waiver of signature.
